Join the start line of the Yr Wyddfa Snowdon Ultra 50 mile race!
Previous ultramarathon and mountain experience and the ability to self-navigate using a map and compass during the race is a mandatory requirement of entry.
Live Online GPS Tracking via GB Race Tracker makes it easy for family and friends to follow progress and runners are supported by the excellent GB Ultras team at Checkpoints throughout the Race.
Runners follow the Snowdonia Slate Trail past Swallow Falls to the foot of the Snowdonia mountains where the legendary Dragons await!
With 3251m of ascent, mountain trails lead low level past Tryfan, then onwards to the Yr Wyddfa Snowdon Summit, Glyder Fach and Glyder Fawr, Devil’s Kitchen and Llyn Idwal before taking in the fantastic trails beside Llyn Crafnant and Llyn Geirionydd!
Runners are awarded a GB Ultras 50 Mile Medal on successful completion of the event.
