This is the Admin Fee for deferring an existing race entry to a future event or transferring a place to another runner.
Requests received after the deadlines have passed will not be actioned.
Please select the relevant event and fee type from the dropdown lists provided.
A request to transfer or defer a place will not be actioned until the admin fee has been paid.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
Application Only Events (Skye Trail Ultra, Race Across Scotland)
** For events which are by application only, any replacement runner must have already been accepted by GB Ultras to ensure they have sufficient experience for the race. The transfer request will not be actioned until the replacement runners application has been approved.**
INSTRUCTIONS
Transferring your place to another runner
During checkout, please enter the following details of the replacement runner in the ‘Order Notes’ field.
- Full name
- Email address
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from shop@gbultras.com. If this does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
We will then contact the replacement runner directly to request the additional details to enable them to complete their registration and take over your place in the race.
Deferring an existing race entry / transferring to another event.
During checkout, please enter the name of the event you wish to move your race entry to in the ‘Order Notes’ field.
