GB Ultras Disclaimer

I have read, understand and agree to all the points in the “Ultra-Marathon Admission Waiver” upon entering the stated event and thus do not hold GB Ultras liable for any injuries sustained during or after the event, regardless of severity.  The Event is taken on under my own risk.

I also understand that, as part of the mandatory kit required for the event, I will be asked to wear a GPS tracker supplied by GB Race Tracker which should be returned to a dedicated Race Marshal at Event HQ at completion of the race (or withdrawal). Should the supplied GPS Tracker be lost, damaged or stolen then the entrant agrees to cover the cost of the tracker which is £150 + VAT per GPS tracker.
